The best of both worlds November 4, 2020 Reviewer: Sophia Bogle from Ashland, OR United States   Hewit's Leather Dressing has the best qualities of the old school leather dressings with a modern formula that addresses the latest in Conservation technology. The old oily leather dressings are no longer in fashion because of some serious issues with absorption by the boards and text-block. The new thinking is to use best-quality wax substances to help seal the leather. Hewit's Leather Dressing has the best of both of these worlds in an easy to use product. Great item, never use anything else!
