a good practice knife July 28, 2023 Reviewer: Philip from SOMERSET United Kingdom   I've not used a paring knife before, so I wanted a fairly inexpensive knife to practice with. This appear to be quite a good knife: I intend to sand-down the handle and apply a linseed oil finish and to sharpen and hone the cutting edge. Please with what I have. Economy French Paring Knife.
