This was the first time I had bought anything from Hewit and Sons. I worked through the website and selected what I wanted. All worked fine until I had to pay and was transferred to the credit card site which didn't work (not Hewit's fault - a problem at my credit card end). I contacted them and was put straight through to the sales director who couldn't have been more helpful - following some investigation he phoned me back, explained the problem, checked my order and even sent me a text (on a Saturday) to tell me the order had been dispatched. Absolutely top service and unusual it seems these days. The leather is very nice and was very reasonably priced.
