I am an amatuer bookbinder and my latest order was for a pack of Greyboard. I expected to wait a few days for delivery especially during the covid situation. The order arrived days earlier than expected, it was well packed. The plus is to say thank you for the parcel that was sent to me before Christmas 2020. The parcel contained a selection of book cloths that were a present from my wife. I did not open at the time thinking," I will look at it later". However when I opened it almost four months later, it was in mint condition. The range of colours that had been selected for me was superb, the colours were vibrant and the cloths unrolled easily and were as flat as the day they were packed. My wife had telephoned the order to Hewit's and said she was delighted with the help and service she received and asked me to pass on her compliments.
