More information please October 16, 2016 Reviewer: Graham Hooley from Sedbergh, CUMBRIA United Kingdom   Product excellent but there was a delay in delivery that was not explained to me. I had to chase up the order after 10 days to find out that it had not been in stock and you were waiting for it to come in. It would be helpful to indicate out of stock items on your website so that purchasers can plan accordingly. Or at least to email after the order has been placed to indicate likely delivery date. Otherwise excellent, and previous purchases have been swiftly despatched. Was this review helpful to you?

Delivery costs August 7, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Hinckley, LEICESTERSHIRE United Kingdom   I ordered two products which were delivered the next day buy courier. The cost of the products was £20.51 before adding VAT.  The total cost of the products including delivery and VAT came to £37.10, the delivery charge was £10.40 before VAT. The delivery charge was approx. 30 % of the total, this I think was rather expensive and that you should offer another delivery service at a more reasonable cost for those of us who do not need it the next day.
